Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Supported Living Care Assistant to provide support and care for young people and adults with learning disabilities, complex needs, and challenging behaviour within a supported living environment, enabling them to achieve real dreams, goals, and aspirations for their overall well-being

Duties & Responsibilities

Providing high standards of care and support for service users, in line with care and support plans, as well as the care & support policies and procedures.

Identifying needs and preferences for each individual and providing personal care
